By accessing or using the BookLane mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

We use Google Sign-In as our sole authentication method. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain the security of your account and not disclose your credentials to any third party.
  • Accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account and the information you provide.
  • Comply with the terms of service and policies set forth by Google.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of BookLane, you agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Engage in any fraudulent, malicious, or discriminatory activities.
  • Infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Attempt to access or search the accounts of other users.

4. Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the content (such as text, photos, and information about books) that you post to the Service. By posting content, you grant BookLane a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BookLane, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
